STRATEGY:
A. SIZZLE FACTOR ASSESSMENT
• Create an overview report of inventory of strengths, accomplishments; online and offline materials for social media content; personal branding
• To review existing websites, social media channels, followers and then update head shot and re-write job titles, bios
• Choose social media channels to focus on: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest
• Research ideal target audience (potential customers)
B. CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & SCHEDULE
• Create a series of images, graphics, video clips and text that communicate client's expertise and high profile clients e.g. Pixar Animation, Disney, Star Trek
• Build a list of keywords to be used as hashtags (to attract target audience) to accompany all posts
• Copy writing to build personal brand and drive audiences to primary website
• Create a marketing plan and schedule of postings
C. ENGAGE SOCIAL MEDIA AUDIENCES
• Identify target audience
• Respond to comments, likes and questions for each post and follow these people to build networks
• Use social media contacts for questions, searching for resources and other channels to promote bath toys
• Use social media contacts to connect with media and influencers for media exposure and interviews
• Drive target audience to primary website
IMPLEMENTATION:
1.CONTENT
• Consolidate all websites into one url and purchase domain name: www.JonathanPaine.ca
• Work closely with client to collect images, photos and upload on a shared cloud website
• Copy writing of each post within character limitations of each social media platform
• Copy writing and design of a downloadable one-sheet
• Create a new primary website
• Re-edit existing demo reel to be shorter (2 min.)
2.TARGET AUDIENCE
• Identify 3 to 4 ideal customers and social media influencers
• Collect contacts for hashtags (# and @)
• Client approvals of all image edits, final text and hashtags before posting
3.POSTING CONTENT
• Schedule one post per day for up to six days a week
• A. Post on Instagram which allows to repost to Facebook and Twitter
• B. Post on Linkedin which allows to repost to Twitter
• C. Selected posts are reposted on Emmanuel's social media platforms as a shout out to client
• Monitor all social media posts and engage followers on daily basis
• Monitor social media network growth on monthly basis
• Client to follow up directly with potential customers and media interview opportunities
